From September 21 to 23, SeoulTech Festival was held. The festival revitalized the campus with various booths in Hyanghak Street and around the Boongeobang Pond during the day.
Joining the festivities, the Center of Press and Broadcasting operated its own Press and Broadcasting Amusement Arcade booth. It was a part of the Charity in Yard project, which was operated by the Student Council to help students enjoy the festival by planning activities and installing various booths. It was the first time that SeoulTech Press (Korean and English) and SeoulTech Broadcasting Station worked together.
The booth ran from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM for three days and, as its name suggests, featured mini-games, a lottery, and an area for handmade cotton candies. There were a variety of games such as a country capital quiz, nonsense quiz, and many more.
In the mini-games, winners were given two chances to enter the lottery draw. The lottery prizes included Korean beef, Olive Young gift certificates, iced tea gift cards, snacks of memories, 'Gwakgwakyi' stickers, the Center of Press and Broadcasting's character.
Many students joined the games, to get the Korean beef, which was the first prize and an unexpectedly generous offering. With the active participation of students for three days, the booth was a valuable addition to the festival for all SeoulTech students.
