From October 3 to 9, 2022, a survey was conducted on the life of exchange students in SeoulTech. The exchange students had many interesting opinions about SeoulTech. First, international students were satisfied with the school's name and its location in Seoul, the capital city of Korea. Second, SeoulTech has partnerships with other universities, so they thought that it is a suitable environment for intensive research and study in the fields of science and technology. Third, they were also satisfied that they could meet friendly and helpful Korean students through the International Student Club (ISC). Fourth, they thought that SeoulTech courses are of good quality. Fifth, their satisfaction was improved as they listened to professors' lectures with good campus facilities in an organized system. Lastly, they had a positive perception about SeoulTech that provides numerous activities for students, such as various festivals, sports and club events.
Survey participations also mentioned some points that need to be improved in the exchange student program. The international students said that they felt a language barrier, and they were not satisfied about the late opening of seasonal semester courses. Another issue is that sometimes class content was only provided in Korean.
Finally, they expressed that it was difficult to have relationships with Korean students, so they hope to diversify buddy activities and increase opportunities for communication.
