SeoulTech Festival: ISC Booth

The ISC (International Student Club) sponsored a booth in front of the International Hall during the Torchlight Festival. At the booth, there were enjoyable Korean traditional games for international students. For example, students played Ttakji, a game that was shown on the famous series, Squid Game. The prize for the game winner included something very Korean such as Sikhye, a Korean traditional drink made of fermented rice.

Another event that took place at the ISC booth was 'penpal,' which helped Korean students and international students connect through random letters. International students put their contact information in a short letter and picked one letter which was written by a Korean student. This encouraged natural interactions between students, and many students were able to make new friends.

2022 Fall Semester Cultural Trip

On October 1, ISC had the first cultural trip to the Jongno area of Seoul. During the trip, participants visited ancient palaces such as Gyeongbokgung Palace and Deoksugung Palace.

They also visited art exhibitions at the Seoul Museum of Art and HiKR Ground. It was a great experience to get to know about Korean history and culture. At the same time, ISC members were able to make a memorable time with their buddies.
