
Many students are familiar with on-campus cafes, convenience stores, and dining halls, but beyond these well-known spots, numerous lesser-known facilities and services are available across SeoulTech’s campus. Make the most of these hidden gems to enhance your student life.
Startup Support Facilities
The Startup Support Division at SeoulTech provides various facilities for aspiring entrepreneurs. To access these spaces, students must reserve these spaces through the Startup Support Division’s website at least three days in advance, before 5:00 PM.
Filming and Media Spaces
Dorandoran Room and One-Person Media Room (Sangsang Hall 101) provide space and equipment for video production.
Workshop and Equipment Rooms
The 3D Printing Room (Sangsang Hall 104), Workshop and Equipment Room (Hi-Tech Hall 104-107), and Metal Laser Cutting Room (R.O.T.C. Hall 112) offer access to fabrication machines such as 3D printers and laser cutting machines. Reservations are available only after completing specialized training. Study and Lounge Areas Play Ground (Sangsang Hall 1F), Cowork Café (Sangsang Hall 105), Maker Work Room (Sangsang Hall 112), and the shared office space (Sangsang Hall 3F) serve as rest or study areas for students.
Dormitory Facilities
Various dormitory facilities are available to all registered students.
Fitness Center
Located in the basement of Sunglim Dormitory, the center operates on weekdays from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on weekends and holidays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Group discounts are available, with a 40% discount for groups of five purchasing a three-month membership. Personal training (PT) services also offer a 40% discount.
Seminar and Soundproof Rooms
These facilities, located in the basement of Sunglim Dormitory, are available daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and can be reserved through the SUIS Integrated Information website.
Printing Services
POD (Print on Demand) Center
Located on the 1st floor of the 100th Memorial Hall, this is the main office for printing services. It offers a variety of printing options, from simple documents to banners and posters. Payment cards are also issued here.
Unstaffed Printing Stations
Self-service printers are located at Student Union Bldg.2 (1F), Changhak Hall student lounge, Sangsang Hall Cowork Café, Eoui Hall (1F), Chungun Hall Student Lounge, Central Library Multimedia Room (3F), Central Library Annex (1F), and Sunglim Dormitory. Payment can be made using a printing card.
Free Printing Services
The Student Welfare Committee provides free printing services at Student Union Bldg (Room 213). Free black-and-white, single-sided printing is available, but students must bring their own paper.
Student Welfare Committee Spaces
Nap Rooms (Yeo-U Jari & Nam-U Jari)
Located in Student Union Bldg (Rooms 220 & 217), these rooms provide beds for students needing rest during long breaks. They are open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays.
Unstaffed Pass (Buddy Pass)
Located in front of Room 212 in Student Union Bldg, this station provides first-aid kits, wet wipes, fabric spray, and feminine hygiene products. It is always open and students are required to sign a usage log before taking supplies.
Rental Services
The committee also offers umbrella, power bank, and scientific calculator rentals at Room 213 of Student Union Bldg. Students need to complete a Google form and present their student ID to borrow items.
Health Facilities
Health Service Center
The center, located on the 2nd floor of Student Union Bldg.2 offers health consultations, check-ups, and first aid services on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. It is equipped with 56 medical facilities, including an InBody body composition analyzer. Students can also receive medical fee discounts at Korea Cancer Center Hospital, the designated affiliated hospital. A student ID or proof of enrollment is required for a 10% discount on medical expenses (excluding consultation fees).
Cultural Facilities
Media Lounge
Situated on the 3rd floor of the Central Library, the lounge features a movie zone with sofas. Students can browse DVDs or Blu-ray collections on the library website and submit a request along with their student ID at the library desk to access the facility.
Moksan Gallery
Located across the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors of the 100th Memorial Hall, this gallery showcases student graduation projects, outstanding campus artwork, and guest exhibitions. Admission is free, and the gallery is open on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (closed on public holidays).
